Proof of full COVID vaccination will be required at the pre-conference. Vaccine cards (or a photo of one) will be required at registration.  At this point full vaccination is defined as two shots for Pfizer or Moderna, or one of J&J.  If the CDC changes the status or full vaccination, we will follow their suit.
In order to expediate check-in at the conference, you do have the option of uploading an image of your vaccine card (front and back) on the registration form.

This pre-conference is a shortened version of the annual North Carolina Local Health Directors’ Legal Conference. It is being held in association with NCPHA this year to allow for the unusual scheduling the pandemic has required us all to adapt to. The conference will return to the School of Government in Chapel Hill in April 2023.

Certificates of attendance will be provided by the School of Government for attendees to use as evidence of receipt of public health law training. As always, the pre-conference is geared toward issues of particular interest to local health directors, but other state and local public health officials and employees are welcome to attend as well.
