2021 NCPHA Fall Educational ConferenceThe NCPHA Fall Educational Conference gathers public health professionals at every level from students to mid-career professionals to retired experts from around the state to exchange information and create a healthier North Carolina through effective public health practice and engaged citizens. Dedicated public health professionals who want to connect with peers, pick up new ideas and gain skills to bring back to their workplace or community are encouraged to attend.

Registration has closed but walk-ons will be accepted at the conference. Conference Walk-on Registration Rates: Full Conference - Member: $225
Proof of full COVID vaccination will be required at the conference. Vaccine cards (or a photo of one) will be required at registration. At this point full vaccination is defined as two shots for Pfizer or Moderna, or one of J&J. If the CDC changes the status or full vaccination, we will follow their suit.
In order to expediate check-in at the conference, you do have the option of uploading an image of your vaccine card (front and back) on the registration form.Final Agenda - Includes information on CEU and CHES credits)

The hike will take place at 5:30 on Wednesday, April 27. We'll meet in the lobby of the Crowne Plaza and do a 1-mike hike around the hotel property. We will be accepting walk-on registration at $20/person.
