Join Us for Chair Yoga to benefit the NCPHA Scholarship Fund!
Wednesday, September 18, 5:30 - 6:00 pm
Chair yoga is a gentle form of yoga practiced while sitting on a chair or using a chair for support. It’s designed to make yoga accessible to people with mobility issues, those who are new to yoga, or anyone who prefers a more accessible approach. It's an excellent form of exercise for those of us who sit at a desk all day! The session will be led by The PH Collboration's own Bethany Milford, certified yoga instructor.
Registration fee: $18 in advance or $25 after September 13. Includes an NCPHA fanny pack.
