NCPHA Scholarship Endowment Walk For a number of years, we've hosted a Scholarship Walk at the conference benefiting the NCPHA Scholarship Endowment. This year we want to have an even larger group to walk as we honor Robert Parker who passed in February. Mr. Parker was instrumental in creating and endowing the Robert Parker Leadership Scholarship and was a former health director in New Hanover County. The short walk will take place on Wednesday, September 15 at 5:30 pm. Registration is just $15 and Scholarship Endowment Walk Registration Form
