To join NCPHA, please use the below form.  You will indicate on the form whether you are joining as an individual, student or retiree. 

The annual membership rates are.  The below rates include membership in one section.  Be sure to indicate which section you want to join on the membership form:

Individual $60

Student $35 (Must be enrolled as a full-time student)

Retired $35
