2025 FEC Hotel Reservation Information

Last day to make hotel reservations for all hotels was August 16.  

Five hotels will be utilized for the conference - Embassy Suites, Aloft,

Hampton Inn, Courtyard Marriott and the Best

Western Coastline Inn. 

A shuttle will run between the Hampton Inn, Courtyard Marriott, and the Wilmington

Convention Center between 7:00 - 8:00 am and 4:30 - 5:30 pm on both Wednesday and

Thursday. 

Parking for the Embassy Suites and Aloft is $22/night self-park or $30/night valet. 

Hampton Inn is $29/night valet or self-park at city meter rates. Courtyard Marriott valet

is $28/night. Best Western Coastline Inn is $15/night.
