2025 FEC Hotel Reservation Information

Last day to make hotel reservations for all three hotels is August 16.

Three hotels will be utilized for the conference - Embassy Suites, Aloft,

and Hampton Inn

A shuttle will run between the Hampton Inn and the Wilmington Convention Center

between 7:00 - 8:00 am and 4:30 - 5:30 pm on both Wednesday and Thursday.

Embassy Suites (Block has sold out. You can still book at a higher rate)

Standard View Suite - $184/night. Riverview Suite - $204/night

Aloft (located directly beside the Embassy Suites) Four rooms for the nights of 9/16-9/18 were added early 6/9. Unfortunately, that's all they have.
