Aging Section
Welcome and Purpose
The NCPHA Aging Section is a new section established in September 2019. Our goal is to promote understanding of aging and wellbeing, promote preventive health measures for the aged population, ensure education for aging related issues, collaborate with agencies providing services to the aged and to improve the health of older adults by improving function and quality of life thereby benefiting the entire population. Our mission is to address practice, education, research and advocacy that impacts the aged population including aging services, policies, advocacy, financing and administration.
How to Join
Any member of NCPHA is eligible to join the NCPHA Aging Section. Just indicate it on the NCPHA Membership Application. or on your renewal form.
